労働同一賃金」の実現を目指す考えを打ち出しました。原則１年以上働く契約社員は育児・介護休業を取得できるようにするなどの、働き方の見直しに言及し、また、女性の社会進出を促すため、妊娠や出産などを理由とする職場での嫌がらせ「マタニティー・ハラスメント（マタハラ）」の防止措置を事業者に義務づける考えも示しました。

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is needed to get setup? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I'll try to get the hang of it!
